She underscored the significance of honing the arts of listening and communication, highlighting that aimless pursuits yield little progress. Encouraging students to carve their own paths and take charge of their destinies, she imparted invaluable insights on navigating life's journey. Ms. Shukla concluded her captivating speech with a profound Sanskrit verse: "अमन्त्रमक्षरं नास्ति नास्ति मूलमनौषधम् । अयोग्यः पुरुषो नास्ति योजकस्तत्र दुर्लभः", emphasizing the universal potential within every individual and the need for enabling factors.

Following her inspiring words, our next speaker, the esteemed Chairman, Sir Shri S.K. He highlighted how the commitment to excellence in management education was palpable throughout the convocation ceremony, underscoring the institution's dedication to quality education and the exceptional caliber of its students.

He further asked the students to understand the BANI world. The emergence of the BANI World concept is not merely a theoretical exercise; it represents a fundamental shift in our understanding of the world. BANI stands for Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible, and these four characteristics capture the essence of the challenges we face. As youth of this emerging world, he inspired them to align their strategies accordingly.

The ceremony concluded with heartfelt congratulations extended to all the graduating students for their outstanding achievements. As they transition into the professional world, we hold firm confidence in their ability to make significant contributions to their respective fields and communities. Their time at Welingkar Institute has imbued them with values of excellence and integrity, ensuring they carry forward our legacy with pride and purpose.
